Are your products original and new?
Yes. We only sell brand-new, unused products, packaged and shipped with care.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes! We offer guest checkout so you can place an order without registering.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all locations in India through trusted courier partners like Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Xpressbees, EcomExpress, and Shadowfax.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can monitor your shipment's progress anytime.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at keeratonlinestore@gmail.com with your order ID.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, currently we only deliver within India.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) through Razorpay.
Is it safe to pay online on your store?
Absolutely. All transactions are secured via Razorpay’s encrypted payment gateway.
Do you charge extra for Cash on Delivery?
There is no extra charge for COD. It's free and available nationwide.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. If your item is damaged or incorrect, you can request a return. An unboxing video is required for eligibility.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 8–15 business days once your return is approved and received.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Due to hygiene reasons, personal care items are non-returnable.
