At KEERAT ONLINE STORE, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🕒 Return Window
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Supported with a mandatory unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened).

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will:
- Provide a return shipping label
- Share detailed instructions on how and where to send the item
We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, feel free to reach out before initiating a return.
🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
In both cases, a clear unboxing video is required as proof. If eligible, we’ll replace the item at no extra cost.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you whether your refund is approved
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 8 to 15 business days
Please note:
Your bank, UPI provider, or card issuer may take additional time to process the credit.
If more than 15 days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at keeratonlinestore@gmail.com.
