Keerat Online Store is a sole proprietorship based in Gujarat, India, offering curated products in the categories of home, kitchen, beauty, health, storage, gadgets, sports, and fitness.

We operate exclusively within India and use major shipping partners including Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Xpressbees, EcomExpress, and Shadowfax to deliver our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our website, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws.

3. Products and Services

We offer various consumer products, some of which are non-returnable, such as personal care items. All products and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and Payments

We accept payments via:

·         UPI

·         Debit/Credit Cards

·         Net Banking

·         Cash on Delivery (COD)

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway. Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Delivery

·         Processing Time: 1–2 business days

·         Delivery Time: 5–7 business days across India

·         Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier delays. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

·         Return window: 7 days from delivery

·         Proof required: An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests

·         Return shipping: Paid by us

·         Non-returnable items: Personal care products and items marked “non-returnable”

For exchanges, we will replace items that are wrong or damaged, provided there is valid video proof. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 8–15 business days after approval.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting us via:
